This notice describes information collected through the Safeguard and Associates website and its inquiry forms. It does not replace the privacy notices of insurance carriers or other providers. If you apply for coverage or use a separate service, review the notices provided for that service.
Information you choose to share.
Our inquiry form asks for your name, email address, optional phone number, state, interests, message, and permission to contact you. Share only what is needed to explain your question. Do not send medical details, Social Security numbers, payment information, or policy numbers. An inquiry is not an insurance application and does not start, change, or cancel coverage.
How inquiry information is used.
Inquiry details are stored privately for authorized Safeguard and Associates personnel to review your question and determine the appropriate next step. Your selected language and interests help provide context. Permission to contact you about an inquiry does not authorize automated marketing or enroll you in a policy.
Cookies and technical information.
Essential cookies and session features support forms and site security. Selected campaign labels and the landing-page path may be associated with your inquiry to understand how you reached us; their use for attribution expires after 30 minutes. Unrelated URL parameters are not retained for this purpose. Server systems may also keep technical access logs. This website does not currently load advertising pixels or third-party analytics. ACA estimates and form data.
To calculate an estimate, we send the ZIP code, county, state, coverage seekers’ ages, household income and coverage year to the CMS API. Household size is used to calculate the poverty level. The steps use Drupal’s temporary form storage; an estimate can no longer be used after 30 minutes. No contact request is created until you submit one with your permission.
