For agents, agencies, and individuals
Direct enrollment pathways, explained plainly
There is more than one route from a conversation to an enrolled client, and they are not interchangeable.
The routes and what separates them
What does direct enrollment mean?
Completing enrollment through an approved partner’s system rather than working only in the government site. The coverage is the same; the workflow, the interface and the support around it are not.
What makes a pathway enhanced?
How much of the process the partner can complete without handing the consumer off. A fuller pathway means fewer transitions, and every avoided transition is a place an application no longer stalls.
Does the pathway change my obligations?
No. Consent, accurate representation and proper handling of information apply identically whichever route you use. The tooling changes; the duty does not.
How do I choose between routes?
By where your clients actually get stuck. A route that removes the step your households struggle with is worth more than one with a longer feature list.
Working a route well
Should I use more than one?
Only with a reason. Every additional system is another place your book lives, another login to secure and another set of habits to keep straight in a busy week.
What should I check before committing?
Whether your client records remain yours and exportable, how the assisting agent is recorded, and what happens to your book if you leave. Ask before you depend on the answer.
